Position:Logistics ManagerAbout Our Client:Leading semiconductor parts manufacturerJob Summary:Manage logistics operations to ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes.Job Description:

• Manage and evaluate 3rd party warehouse company as well as freight forwarder.
• Develop budget parameters for 3rd party warehouse and inbound transactions.
• Analyze data and generate monthly reports, comparing forecasts to actual.
• Communicate with ISR to find best solution for outbound shipment from warehouse to customers.
• Monitor in-bound materials from Asia affiliates and coordinate with third party custom clearance.
• Manage 3PM companies for in-bound and out-bound logistics.
• Maintain POD (proof of delivery) from warehouse, coordinating with warehouse.
• Develop and maintain new routes from warehouse to customers.
• Develop and improve logistics processes with sales team.
• Share trends of logistics with sales team.
• Support contingency planning related to logistics.
• Support HQ's requests related to logistics.
• Manage ERP system as well as warehouse (WMS) system.
• Verify logistics charges with accounting team to ensure invoices match payments.Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of business processes, data analysis, quality control in logistics.
• At least five years of experience in customer service, managing customer's broker, third-party logistics, and as a logistics specialist.
• Experience utilizing inventory management software and order fulfillment software.
• Highly efficient in managing tasks, including the ability to handle short- and long-term projects and deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
• Highly functional in Microsoft Excel; functional in PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience working for an international organization is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
