Job Title: Distribution Pharmacist and Clinical Pharmacist Company Information: Rx relief is a leading staffing agency that specializes in staffing pharmacy positions. Job Responsibilities: - Review patient medication records and ensure optimized drug therapy plans - Dispense medications to hospitalized patients under a physician's orders - Compound sterile preparations and intravenous medication solutions - Monitor patients' response to medications and watch for adverse drug reactions - Consult with physicians and nurses on medications and treatment plans - Educate patients, caregivers, and hospital staff about proper medication use Skills Required: - Valid California pharmacist license - Excellent communication, assessment and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with pharmacy applications and databases - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment Schedule: 4-10's including every other weekend or Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Pay: $75 per hour Benefits: Rx relief offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plans and flexible spending accounts.
