• Certification Details
• BLS, NRP, AWONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications required
• 9 Panel Drug Screen, Trinity MVR, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, Physical/Health Statement required
• COVID-19 Vaccine proof or exemption required, with specifics based on state
• MMR, Hepatitis B series vaccinations required
• Influenza Vaccine proof within the specified flu season dates
