of everything we do.Job Description Summary:As a Senior Product
Growth Manager focused on the merchant account experience, you'll
be at the forefront of driving product adoption within the merchant
ecosystem. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to
develop and execute innovative growth strategies that delight our
merchants and accelerate their growth.Responsibilities
- Ignite merchant growth: Develop and execute growth strategies
that drive merchant engagement and retention in the merchant
account experience.
- Unlock merchant insights: Use A/B Testing, market research,
usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive roadmap
decisions and prioritization. Conduct deep dives into data to
uncover hidden opportunities and optimize product experiences.
- Collaborate with passion: Partner with cross-functional teams
to bring your growth vision to life and deliver exceptional results
for merchants. Engage closely with engineering and architecture to
help determine the best technical implementation while balancing
time-to-market needs.
- Measure and iterate: Continuously track and analyze merchant
performance, identifying areas for improvement and making
data-driven decisions to fuel growth.Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management in a technology
company, with a focus on the merchant or B2B space.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth in
merchant-facing products through user experience optimization.
- Strong understanding of merchant acquisition, engagement, and
retention strategies.
- Outstanding analytical skills, specifically in using funnel
tracking and BI tools to drill down on insights and create
solutions on data-driven hypotheses.
- History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth,
uncertain environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Deep attention to detail and passion to create delightful
customer experiences.
- Minimum of a BS/BA is required, MBA or MS preferred.Additional

practices. Actual compensation is based on various factors
including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and
experience. The total compensation for this practice may include an
annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as
applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other
benefits.The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is
$96,900 to $234,300. For the majority of employees, PayPal's
balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for
effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of
